Musical Groups

 The Masters of Music Big Band is one of the finest big bands in the world.  The band has four recordings to their credit and have backed up many great artists.  The band is one of the most entertaining big bands performing today.

The Tartarsauce Traditional Jazz Band has been one of Detroit's best Dixieland jazz groups for over 30 years.  The band is the official band of the Detroit Tigers, and performs regularly at Greenfield Village.  The band has five recordings to their credit.

The Masters of Music Trombones brings together all of Detroit's top jazz trombonists in a single ensemble.  Great music paying tribute to great trombone legends.  The first recording entitled J.J. is a tribute to the legendary J.J. Johnson, the second features jazz giant Curtis Fuller.

Ron Kischuk & Edward Gooch perform the music of J & K (J.J. Johnson & Kai Winding), one of the greatest jazz combos ever.  The two have a recording available of a live concert at the Jazz Forum in Grosse Pointe.  A second recording is being released March 22, 2017.

The Masters of Music Brass Ensemble performs regularly for churches, weddings, graduations and in concert.  The group features the top brass musicians in Detroit.

The Masters of Music Jazz Combos perform both in concert and for private functions on a routine basis.  The size of the group and the style of the music can be customized to any occasion.
